Thomas D. Aristide, Esquire
Kassandra P. Aristide, Esquire

Two generations of experience is at your dispose devoted to providing personalized legal service.

"In the legal world, there is no better teacher than experience, and no more accurate measure of skill and success than a long list of satisfied clients."

* Thomas D. Aristide - I have been practicing in Bethlehem and the Lehigh Valley since 1981, focusing on the areas of workers' compensation, personal injury, estate planning and probate, and several other areas that are important to the citizens of Bethlehem and the Lehigh Valley and surrounding area.

A native to the Lehigh Valley, I attended the University of Scranton with dual majors in Economics and History. In the Yankee tradition I graduated from Vermont Law School in 1981 and have provided personal legal services in the Lehigh Valley since. While I vividly remember when the Lehigh Valley and much of Pennsylvania was industrialized including steel, coal, Mack Trucks, and other products that kept America running strong, we all have to recognize that we are still a hard working proud group of people here but the nature of our community has changed and we are much more diverse which results in a greater diversity of jobs, services, as well as diversity injuries associated with those new jobs and influx of new people. We are here to serve all people whether you are a traditional Lehigh Valley native or whether you are a new neighbor. We all have the same common goal.

My office and staff are here to protect you and guide you with honest advice and personal service which is extremely difficult to find in a large firm setting. We will be here for you whether your injury occurs as a result of working in production, construction, a professional service, teacher, policeman, etc.

* Kassandra P. Aristide - I have a degree and certification in elementary and special education degree and teaching certificate, which has provided me with a unique perspective that assists in my representation of children with disabilities and their parents. In addition, my former position as an attorney for school districts in special education litigation has provided me with a beneficial insight into school districts' true inner workings regarding special education.

There are federal and state laws that protect the rights of children with special needs. "What we have is what you get" is NOT what the federal and state laws provide. My life passion is to advocate for the rights of children and adolescents with special needs, as well as ensuring that parents are well informed of their rights and legal protections. It is my goal to ensure that children receive an individualized and appropriate education based upon that child's educational needs, that is reasonably calculated to provide a meaningful educational benefit.

We recognize the heavy burden parents of special needs children endure as they try to navigate the murky waters of the special education system. We are here to provide you and your child with candid, personal legal advice and representation to ensure that you and your child receive the legal protections and safeguards that you are legally entitled to receive.
